为扩大海事司法的国际影响力，助推中国国际海事司法中心建设，已建设了大连海事法院英语门户网站，本篇文章介绍了大连海事法院英语网站创建历程、模块内容和服务功能。

Recently, the English version website of Dalian Maritime Court has beenofficially launched, which opened a new window to display judicialachievements, spread the voice of the rule of law, broaden channels ofcommunication and extend judicial services.

A lot of work in the early stage of the newly launched English website, includinginterface design, information inquiry, material translation and routinemaintenance, is done by our own judges. There are six modules in the website,which are“HOME”, “CASES”, “SERVICE”,  “LAWSAND RULES”, “ABOUT” and “NEWS”. “HOME” shows the main interface of the website.“CASES” shows the excellent judgments and case analysis written by our judges. “SERVICE”shows case initiation guide, grounds, forms, litigation fee calculator,frequently asked questions. “LAWS AND RULES” shows the laws and regulationscommonly used in the field of maritime litigation in China. “ABOUT”  shows the court’s brief introduction,location, jurisdiction, judge information, white papers, etc. “NEWS” shows theimportance news of courtrecently.

We will make full use of the opportunity of building the English versionwebsite to further strengthen judicial openness, improve trial quality andefficiency, provide high-quality and efficient judicial services for domesticand foreign parties, lawyers and other litigation participants,  and show a favorable impression of fairnessand justice in Chinas maritime trials.
